Sweet and Spicy Lemon Pepper Chicken Thighs

I set the oven to 350 while I got the chicken ready

I sprayed the bottom of my pan with the non stick spray shown then I sprayed the chicken with it and made sure to get the whole chicken... then I put the chili and the lemon pepper on and spread it around on the chicken.. Then I added the sweet and spicy hot sauce then to the chicken and I wore gloves and mixed it around on the chicken then I put it in the oven... I didn't know an exact time so I threw it in there for 40 minutes... I think that the internal temp needs to be 160?? or 116?? Not really sure ! ! !

My mother-in-law just wanted lemon pepper on hers.. that's why two look pale lol

and BTW they were delicious this is what it looked like on my plate

Ranch Burgers

I used my Gorge Forman Grill as shown

What you will need
2 packets of dry ranch seasoning
3lbs of hamburger
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 onion in circles for topping of burger
1 sleeve of crackers crushed
3 Eggs

First step saute the chopped onions in a pan with some butter until soft... then drain the butter and set aside

second what I did was crushed the crackers added the 3 eggs, ranch seasoning packets, and satued chopped onions... mix well then add hamburger...

I let that sit while I used my Gorege Forman Grill to Saute the circular onions shown here for the topping of the burgers... I used pam spray to quicken the process of softening...

I waited till the light turned off to take them off

then enjoy... we also bought these onion buns here.... they looked good and smelled delicious ! ! !

Update for the tasting later ! ! ;)

Ooops

Ok so on Monday I kind of changed it up a bit as well as I did yesterday so here is what I did... I made a bacon wrapped chicken with BBQ sauce in the Crock Pot... I cooked on low for 6 hours and the chicken was not frozen so it may take longer if it were frozen and mine were not exactly chicken breasts but like chicken strips...  also make sure that the BBQ is coated on both sides... I used about half the bottle in the second picture..

and yesterday I just made some frozen dinner thing I bought at the store... and today I will be having Ranch pork chops in the Crock Pot I will post pics of what I used later...
